Service Description

Get your glove game-ready with a break-in service tailored to its feel and fit. We work to soften stiff areas, shape the pocket, and improve flexibility while preserving the glove’s structure. Ideal for new gloves or gloves that still feel too stiff to close comfortably. The goal is a more comfortable, responsive glove—not an over-softened one. Some additional catch play may be needed to finish shaping it to your hand and playing style. Turnaround: 7 to 10 business days from the day we receive your glove. Please note: Leather repairs (such as patching tears or replacing damaged leather) are not offered at this time. Services are only available within the United States. A nonrefundable deposit equal to 20% of the standard service price is required to book and is applied toward your total. Optional rush processing and express shipping charges are additional and do not increase this booking deposit. The remaining balance is due before your glove is returned.
